Clean room with nice amenities on my first day. However, I was disappointed that there was no daily service for basic cleaning and refreshing coffee pods (I only had coffee for one of my 3-day stays, asking only once but didn't have followup time). The staff was very friendly and the clean room puts it high on my satisfaction.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kirkwood Inn. This place is a hidden gem with their clean rooms, great rates, and fresh hot breakfast. Especially enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

First let me say two things- the pictures are misleading and the 5/5 reviews have to be fake. I’ll start with check in- a little room with a little old lady who didn’t seem to have a clue about my reservation or the woman’s in front of me. She kept saying you’ll have to check with Expedia. The room smelled old like an attic and I was expecting Norman Bates to pop out anytime. This is not an Inn. This is an old run down motel with not one car in the parking lot. When I asked about the house in the picture she said it’s under renovation. When I asked about the pool- it’s under renovation. When asked about the beautiful breakfasts in the picture she said no breakfast. I did not stay long enough to ask further questions. I got out of there before the old lady changed back into Norman. Unbelievably deceptive advertising.
