“Been here a couple of stays and the takeaway has always been the excellent customer experience from the staff. Front desk is amazing and the staff from kitchen to housekeeping is always so friendly and says Good Morning. It’s the little things that make the difference.”

“This is a nice road-side hotel. Each room has own entrance. A lot of free parking. Small breakfast with limited menu (no eggs or hot oatmeal) but sufficient for an undemanding traveler. Rooms are clean, have microwave, refrigerator, TV, air-conditioner on the wall, and even iron and iron-board. Bed was comfortable and nice to sleep on. Things to improve: curtains on window might need to be cleaned or washed; bathroom shower might need some upgrade or at least new painting. But nothing critical.……

“Room was not clean. Dust and dirt all over the floor. Dead bugs everywhere. Bathroom was not clean. Would not stay here again”

“A little out of the way, but well worth the effort. We would gladly stay there again. We made note of our room number!”

“The bed was comfortable but the bedding was old and uncomfortable. Thr sheets were so wrinkled it affected our sleep. The corners on the sheet and bed cover were warn and did not stay on the bed. Overall it was an OK 3 star experience.”

“Room was decent, features are old and design is outdated. Definite sign of ware and tear. Staff was ok, demeanor was standoffish and not welcoming. Restaurant hours are inconvenient. Bed was comfortable, and gated parking with hotel entrance was convenient and appreciated.”

“Rooms are clean, very comfy bed! What absolutely brings me back to this hotel is the fact that every room faces the river which is gorgeous! Great location. Blocks away from downtown. Will definitely be back.”

“Could not sleep due to staff literally trashing out a hotel room next to mine. If they knew this was scheduled they should’ve put us in a further room, they were dumping stuff out, banging on the walls with hammer and moving furniture. Completely disrupted any relation we wished to find. The pool is very cold and the breakfast area only has seating for three families. The cleaning ladies do not say hi they just stare you down. The only nice person was the man at the front desk”

“Two hairdryers, not one working. Plug-ins that didn't work. Floors dirty. Easy chair with the covering shredded. Lady begging money. The staff was very nice and obviously with LOTS of work!”
