“Amazing getaway for the wife and me. We only stayed one night but it was excellent and definitely worthy of 5 stars. The cabin was cozy and perfect for 2 people (though more could sleep of needed). We stayed in late July but the morning was a little chilly so if you want to go out in the morning a light jacket would be good. The short walk through the woods was nice and there is a place to sit with a view of part of the lake, which would be nice to enjoy a morning coffee. However please be……

“Fitted sheet in bed was inside out, making us wonder if it was a clean sheet or they just flipped it over. The facet handle in the shower fell off. Room very dark. Bed covers very old and warn out. Needs major update.”

“The front desk staff, Vicki, was awesome and expedited my check in. However, when I checked out there was no one at the front desk when I left at 6:30 am. There was a note on my hotel room door that stated "upon departure leave room keys at the front desk". My room was clean, and shampoo, lotion, and small soap bars were provided, but no body wash. There was no hair dryer provided and it looked like there was a place on the bathroom wall where one was once located, but looked like it was……

“This property was nothing like the pictures. I immediately regretted it when we pulled in. It’s creepy and desolate. I felt like I was invading someone else’s home. It was not welcoming at all. We ended up leaving and staying in town.”

“This place has a gorgeous 180 view of Ponderay lake and was a very clean space with a simple yet luxurious feel. We enjoyed the hot tub and their selection of games. Kitchen had all we needed except a pizza cutter but we made due without. Would definitely recommend and stay again! ”
