It is updated and has everything you need! Parking is right outside the unit making it very convenient. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Sheridan. "We had such a nice time. The views are phenomenal and the owners super sweet. The house was lovely and well done. The listing is a little off as there is no pool, but they had plenty of games to make up for it! We used the grill and played cornhole. The bathroom is in the master bedroom but we were able to navigate that even while staying with another couple. Overall a great place to stay."

"Our stay for a few weeks in Sheridan was enhanced by our accomodation in this new one bedroom apartment near downtown. It was fully equipped & tastefully designed. Our host Curtis was great to deal with always wanting to improve things - on one occasion there was a minor item missing in the kitchen - when I mentioned it to Curtis there was a new item on our doorstep the next day - we really enjoyed our time there and look forward to staying in this apartment when next visiting Sheridan."

"Owners and property were wonderful. The house was very clean, quiet and homey. Was very well stocked. They also supplied washer and dryer which came in very handy after being on the road for over a week. Clifford and Shirley were very pleasant and accommodating. Really enjoyed visiting with them. "This lovely 2 bedroom townhouse is in a charming neighborhood close to Sheridan's historic downtown. The bedrooms are mirror images of each other, each with its own adjoining bathroom- ideal for us- 2 friends visiting for a special event. We appreciated the updated tasteful decor and super clean everything! Kitchen, laundry, bathrooms were well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Ample parking on both sides of the street, easy check in and check out were a plus."

Only 2 in dryer for 3 night stay and three people. Nice bathroom but handle in shower is broken. Had to buy sheets and blanket for futon. We had a trailer and UTV which we couldn't park right at the apartment, but there was parking very close which was good. Communication with the owners was phenomenal.
