The very first time we tried staying, my room was prepaid for like I do every time. We tried checking in after hours just for nobody to answer the phones or nobody was at the desk with the roll up blind shut. Most recent stay was able to have someone at the front desk (lovely lady). The beds are ehhhh comfortable and the frame they have the bed on is unacceptable. This hotel is going the cheaper route to make the customers satisfied not happy or beyond happy. Me personally i won’t book here again, you get what you pay for."
