Dog Friendly/Hot Tub/Elements Suite

Summary:
* Private home sleeps up to 4. Access to this large home is limited to make it affordable for smaller groups (Some rooms are locked).
* Private hot tub, patio and Bbq (charcoal not supplied)
*26 mi. to Yosemite
*Parking for 1 vehicle is included (additional vehicles $25 per night)
* Pets are allowed up to 2, $20 pet fee per night per pet $150 pet deposit, see pet rules
* Please put infants as children in your guest total, we count them as a paying guest

The Space:
Escape to the peaceful setting of our hilltop guest suite, perfectly positioned to offer both privacy and comfort. Private home overlooking the valley with beautiful views. Some rooms locked up to make it affordable for smaller groups. We provide starter coffee and tea for your stay

* No unaccounted for guests, very strictly enforced, see additional house rules! (property has exterior cameras)
*Pets must never be left in the home unattended (breaking this rule is subject to forfeit of your pet deposit)
Pet Rules:
*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time
*Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking.
* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest from pet deposit amount.
*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture.
*Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found.
*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times
*Deposit will be forfeit if rules are not followed

Guest Access:
*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property (including infants and children) at any time, must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 4.
* Early checkin and Late check out must be a arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time
*We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of snow, rain, smoke from fires or closures to the national park.

Located near the historic gold mining town of Coarsegold, you'll be immersed in local history and you can shop for unique gifts and souvenirs at the Coarsegold Village. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding area, offering a truly relaxing escape. This property offers a true sense of escape and tranquility.

Getting Around:
You will need a car.

Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations.

Other Things to Note:
Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.

The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.

Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.

Pets must not be left in the home unattended or pet deposit will be forfeit.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer will stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expenses. The housekeeping company charges $50 for checkouts on any of these holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get reservations for the National Park or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fee to ship an item starts at $50 and may increase depending on shipping cost.

Interaction with Guests:
We are always quick to respond via the message function on the booking platform. For something urgent, you can also reach out to us by phone. We cannot guarantee a response in the middle of the night.

This place was great! Large, clean, and very private. Walked outside only to come face to face with a beautiful deer! I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Jen and Carl for a wonderful if short stay!
