“Most of us stay in hotels because of work. Your schedule might change, and when it does, you can't get a refund. My schedule changed early on, so I told the guy who runs the motel. He just told me, "You signed a paper that said no refund." Aside from my personal experience, ignore the pictures online. The place is just terrible.
