"The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom line."

"The room is old and not very clean. The front desk staff is not friendly. Not matching the price. Not a good choice. In the hotel’s website it says pet friendly but you can’t find the pet room option. When you book a two queen beds room they told you that you have to pay extra $30 for changing to a pet friendly room. And a $25 pet clean fee also required. Not very reasonable. "

The price is not worth it
"The room is not spacious for a family of four. The beds are standard size, small for two adults/ teens. Interior and equipments are old. The only advantage is the location and mini golf is fun for kids. The price isn’t really worth it. If you plan to visit Moraine lake or Louise Lake, you can consider staying in Jasper for more better choices."
