“Place looks nice and very Tuscany style. It has beautiful pool, building and garden. We arrived around 10 PM and host helped us check in very quickly. However the stay is not ideal. Firstly our room has a strong toilet/water sink odor, making us feel headache, and we have to keep window open and wear mask all night long. Secondly there is no bath towels. We only found ropes in the closet instead. Thirdly the dog started barking around 5:30 AM just outside of our room, then we were shocked and……

“Very happy with our stay. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant. Gioele was a wealth of information on places to go and back roads to travel. Especially enjoyed San Gusme and the wonderful restaurants in Villa A Sesta. This is a B&B. We thought we had use of a kitchen but that was only for the help to prepare breakfast. We found that misleading as we stayed a week and would like to have use of a kitchen. Lovely area and nice place to stay.”
