Room was spacious, clean and nice. Breakfast okay but glad to have it. Outdoor garden with tables and seating very nice. We were fortunate to be able to park at hotel’s parking and we were directed well regarding the process. Location to Siena worked very well for us.

We spent four nights in Siena as a base for other tuscan adventures. Loved the authenticity of the piazza. The staff are exceptional and very attentive. The contential breakfast is well appointed and available coffee choices excellent. Don't miss sunset in the back garden bellicimo.

Stunning views from your window and peaceful atmosphere. Very professional and helpful staff. The rooms are well decorated with art and a bathroom with plenty of high quality amenities. Only 3 minute walk from the hotel to the center of the town. Breakfast was a delight with lots of options and fresh fruits. Sit at the garden for mesmerizing views and the most colorful sunset. We would love to be back with our family.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was excellent and everyone so helpful. Great room ,that had a wonderful view of the gardens . The room was very clean and well equipt with all you need to enjoy your stay. Walkable access to the centre with some lovely shops ,bars and restaurants on the way. A massive thank you to Francesca who was brilliant. So knowledgable about the area and friendly and helpful. Her and the team are doing a wonderful job. Would highly recommend and I would visit again.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. Room was large, bed was very comfortable, view was amazing. Best thing is the garden for a delicious breakfast. Loved staying here. Even the AC worked well, and we were there during the crazy heat..

We came to this hotel not really knowing how special it would be. The terrace at anytime is incredible and the only hotel I know of in the old town that has this amazing view. There is a bar onsite for guests especially busy at sunset. The staff gives clear instructions how to get to the parking, which after navigating the narrow streets in the ZTL is right below the hotel. It is a historic hotel and within walking distance of all of historic Siena. Very clean and quiet. Bed was a bit more firm than we are used to but totally workable. Our booking included a delicious and expansive buffet breakfast along with both regular and specialty coffees. Come here, you won’t regret it!

View of this hotel is amazing! It has a beautiful yard to sit and have a drink and watch the Tuscany hills. Short walk to major attractions and good breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

What my wife and I like the most is the garden on the back side of the hotel. Some guests brought their breakfast and ate it there. We brought our tea and enjoyed the serenity and gorgeous view.

I am looking forward to my next stay at this magical hotel! Every single staff member was lovely and kind, and always helpful with questions you may have. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and well stocked. The garden terrace in the morning for breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast itself, was excellent. The mourning doves and turtles in the garden were an unexpected delight! If you want a magical place to stay while you're in the beautiful town of Siena, I would recommend this place a thousand times over!

The hotel is beautiful and charming— very ideal for for couples (man & woman— without children along for the ride). The garden and the view from it are spectacular. The breakfast in the garden was a highlight of the trip to Siena. The only downside is the rooms are small and not ideal for a family traveling with a kid. I will definitely say here next time when I travel without kids.
