Enjoyable stay for an amazing price
Really brilliant hotel stay at a great price. Rooms had lots of facilities eg. Safe/Mini-Fridge/Shower gel. Breakfast was lovely each morning. Housekeeping was excellent and all staff delivered amazing customer service, the 24h reception was useful as i had to check out early in the morning. Only issue was that the room floors looked as if they had never been cleaned, had mud stains etc, which was off-putting. Spacious, airy rooms. Situated on main road so it was very loud with the windows open at all hours unfortunately. In a prime location within one of Köln's neighbourhoods, the S-bahn and shops on the high street(incl. Lidl/Aldi supermarkets) were within 10 minutes on foot so very accessible and useful. The back of the hotel leads directly to the River Rhein which was the best part of it for me!! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will likely return in the near Future.
