The room and hotel were fine, it was very loud people we’re making so much noise I. The room and hallway,count get a very good night of sleep,also charging 15 dollars for breakfast? Never heard of that one before that was disappointing

Upon arrival, the toilet in our room wouldn’t flush correctly. We called the front desk and were told they had no one to fix it, and we’d need to come to the front desk, get a plunger, and fix it ourselves. What an outrage! We asked for another room and were told no. This is a beautiful hotel with HORRIBLE service. Asked for manager to call us—three days later, no call or contact.

Easy on and off access to the freeway. Across the street from a shopping center with dining options.

Outside was nice, room was okay but did not match the updated exterior. Walls were paper thin and it said breakfast was included but at the desk it was an extra $10. Staff seems nice and helpful.
