“Weekend visit. Had a problem with the TV and were not able to fix it I assume because maintenance wasnt working on the weekend. After a day I was switched to another room. Would have been appropriate to have updates from the front desk as to what was happening and when. No offer of a partial refund. Not what I expect from this chain.”

“The only issue I had was at check in. There was only one person working and there were 20 people in line waiting to check in. When it was my turn, I had several rooms that I had booked. It took over 20 minutes just for my rooms. After I was finished my friend behind me checked in, she had a reference #. When she gave it to the person working, she said that I had that reference # and I just checked her in. How did this hotel give her reference # when she called to make a reservation? How did……
