“Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.”

“Ok to start off, when we went into our room, it was not clean, sheets & pillows were all over the floor, the room had not been cleaned or cleared for them to give us that room. They gave us a new room, the new room was very damp & smelled like mildew. I started looking around & there was mold in the room. It was on the ceiling & on the lampshades. The bathroom sink underneath was spilling water, I assume that's why there was so much mold. There was only a bar of soap for the sink for toiletry……

“Upon arrival we were given the last double queen room on the bottom floor by the exit door. When we opened the door there were small worms all over the tile floor. We refused to take our things off the cart. We went to the desk and upon inspection with them we found bugs and a live beetle in the beds. We were given a King suite room since there were no double queens left. We always use double queens when traveling for the hot and cold sleeper. Upon tedious inspection of the second King room……
