This property advertised daily maid service, and breakfast buffet . None of that is true. Maid service every four days. Water was turned off M-F for repairs. Our shower did not dtain.

No water for five hours a day poll was cold jacuzzi not working bar closed restaurant closed front entrance out of order parking 19$a just a disappointment

The shower towels were never change and they said they clean the room every four day. And they charge separated for parking in their property that unacceptable.

The Hilton Concord is okay for a sleep or two. Clean enough but run down and drab. The room was clean enough, beds good for a sleep but linen, carpet and furnishings were old and broken. Staff seemed tired and bored and did not inform us that there was a parking fee even though they directed us to the parking! I would not stay here again because there are better choices in the area.
