“We loved the River House. The interior is as cozy as ever - feels like a time capsule in the best way possible - like visiting the grandparents’ house and forgetting all your worries. The yard is spacious enough for soccer, hide and seek, fishing, lounging, canoeing, kayaking, and s’mores by the fire pit. We did it all in just two nights! Owners were very responsive when we asked for an ETA on getting the power back on. A huge storm blew over and many homes nearby lost trees. We only lost……

“The property appears to be an older property that has recently been completely renovated. Check in is contactless and we had a small hiccup there but we received a call from staff to clear it up and answer any questions. The property we rented ended up being the entire two bedroom cottage next to the motel which was likely the office or owners quarters once upon a time. The one issue that we had was that the bedrooms are very near the road in that particular unit and the existing windows did……
