“Upon arrival I was told that a deposit was required and it would be returned at checkout. due to late time, I paid the deposit. The next morning at checkout I was told it would be five days before the deposit would be returned. What a rip off!”

“The pictures online are a clear case of false advertising. I was scared to get out of my car. Stray cats and dogs hanging around along with the animals that some of the “residents” were hoarding (even though there were signs posted stating no animals allowed) The people hanging outside looked like they were in need of assistance in many ways. But once I opened the room door I knew for sure there was no way I could have stayed there. Bathroom window was broken and the beds looked like a tarp and……

“Staff was very friendly at check in. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Beach and ocean views were really nice! It was a very short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the beach.”

“We stayed here for Myrtle Beach bike week and we would definitely stay again. It was very nice well maintained and comfortable in the staff was amazing.”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”
