"The place was adorable and clean but had a very musty smell and tons of tiny ants, even in bathroom. The flooring was separting, probably from poor installation. "

"Great area, good air conditioning equipment and tv's etc. The basement has the 2nd washroom, water didn't work except for the shower so hopefully that gets fixed soon. WiFi password on the modem was old so I had to contact to obtain the actual password, hopefully that also gets updated. Some of the towels had stains on them which is not a problem to me since I brought my own, but my brother was using it so that was a little disappointing too. Otherwise I'd say it was a great stay for the price...

"We had a great visit with lots of space to hang out, play games, watch TV and cook. The house is well-equipped with kitchen items, towels, bathroom items etc. Location is close to beach, LIRR and tons of restaurants & shopping. Super convenient! We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again, esp in summer months. "

Some small hiccups in a newly refurbed place and first-time rental, for example, soap, salt-pepper, and 3 fun functional restrooms items should help. The hosts were present at check in and very communicative throughout our stay. We had a little hiccup and they handled it very well. I highly recommend staying at Yvonne and Michael’s house. "
