Holiday home in Perugia, perfect for families

The shabby chic style decor, the large private garden of 400 sqm with its own entrance and the comfort of the accomodation will make your stay enjoyable. The house can easily accommodate 4 people, perfect for families. If necessary, there is also a folding bed in the master bedroom for a fifth person, and a cradle for a baby.
Guests can avail of the whole apartment for their period of stay, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, small porch and BBQ grill in the private garden.
You will have a private exclusive parking space.
High speed wi-fi internet connection available in the whole structure.
On your arrival I will meet you and we will provide you with the apartment keys and any hint or help you can need. I'll be available anytime and I'll be happy to help and give you advices to discover the Umbria region, pointing you to special events.

The apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area. The neighbours, who I personally know, are respectful of the privacy and tranquility of others.
The main bars, restaurants, cinemas and shopping centers in the area are less than 5 minutes from home.
The proximity to the historic towns of Perugia and Corciano offers the possibility of nice visits and the main attractions of Umbria and Toscana are very close, such as Gubbio, Assisi, Cortona and the Trasimeno lake.
There is a bus stop right in front of the garden where you can get the bus to the historic center of Perugia.
The property is close to the city mini-metro terminal station, from which you can travel to Perugia city center. This mode of transport is particularly recommended in case of big events like Umbria Jazz and Eurochocolate.
