Located just off 11th Street, you're minutes from everything Port Aransas has to offer. The beach is only a quick 2-minute drive away, making it easy to spend your days in the sand and surf before heading back to relax. When you're ready to cool off closer to home, the community pool is just two doors down, offering convenience without the crowds.
This home offers the perfect mix of privacy, location, and relaxed coastal living, making it ideal for family vacations, group getaways, or a weekend escape to the island.

Good to know before booking
• There is NO direct beach access from this home. The nearest beach access is Beach Access Road 1-A, about a mile down the road.
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 or older.

• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM.
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Joy Golf Carts. After your booking is confirmed, they will reach out to you directly to finalize rental details.
Beach gear credit included
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• This home includes a beach gear credit so you can choose from items like bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Please select your gear at least 48 hours before check-in, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• A small delivery fee may apply.
Winter Texan special
• Winter Texan rate starts at $2500 for January and February.
Parking and community rules
• Bach Porch has parking for 3 medium-sized vehicles in the driveway only.
• Parking tags will be provided and must be returned at checkout.
• Lost tags will incur a $25 replacement fee (per tag).
• No street parking, red zone parking, or parking in other driveways.
• No boats, trailers, buses, or RVs allowed.
• Towing is strictly enforced.
Helpful stay info
• A two-night minimum stay is required.
• Check-in time is approximate, and we aim for 4 PM, but it is not guaranteed.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience, and Port A does experience outages from time to time.
• No refunds are provided for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember you are on an island, and mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful at times.
• Our properties are treated monthly by a professional pest control service.
Cleaning and inspection
• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
