Welcome to this tiny home located in Sailfish RV Resort. The newest luxury RV Resort in Port Aransas. This in town community is located right next to the ship channel and has endless things to experience. The fishing is amazing off the Charlies Pasture 24-hour pier, walk or bike through the trails or take a golf cart ride through town. The park has an oversized heated community pool, kids splash pad, dog park, hammock park, laundry facility and birding pond. Next to the tiny home is a private 15 x12 foot palapa with an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is complete with a nice gas grill, granite counter tops, a mini fridge, fire pit, lights and a fan. The house has a King size bed down stairs and a Full size bed upstairs in the loft. There are full size appliances and an amazing shower in the bathroom.

Prefect tiny home in Port A

This is a prefect tiny house, on the cannel side of the island. Staff was helpful and attentive. I would absolutely stay there again in the future.

Nice little place, that’s pet friendly! Pool was nice and warm even in January, great location. The grill outside was too rusty to use, didn’t receive property info (wifi login) until halfway through stay, had to google how to use mini split heater/air conditioner.

A nice stay

We had a very nice stay except on Saturday evening we had a very large party of people show up at the pool that were Not guests at the RV park. They ran us and a few other RV guests out of the pool area. This was very irritating and I contacted manager with no response

Super clean! Everything we needed or wanted. Excellent use of space! With full size appliances and shower, king bed, front porch, and nice outdoor kitchen, we never felt cramped.We were minutes from everything: beach, restaurants, shops, ice cream, and liquor store. The host was very responsive when we had questions. Note: The coffee maker is actually a Keurig, which is great. Helps to know in advance if you’re buying/bringing your fave coffee. And there was a bit of confusion in the description about whether the king bed is in the “other space” in the loft or downstairs. We were happy to find it downstairs. Upstairs loft is great for little kids or young adults who don’t mind the crawl space.

Enjoyable Stay

The place was comfy, and as described. The only issue we had was sugar ants on kitchen counters. On our second day there, a pesticide person approached the unit, and said he was there to spray. I asked him if we could have him reschedule, due to the pesticide fumes during our stay. We notified management. Other than that, the place was excellent. Would definitely book again.

Little Gem!

We had a great stay at this listing. R/V park was very clean and quiet. Listing was exactly as described and was also very clean and neat. Still had that new smell inside! Communication was also good between with owner. Would def stay here again and wish we could have had more time to spend enjoying it.

Our stay was incredibly memorable! The tiny home was impeccably clean, quiet, and perfect for families. The neighbors were fantastic, and the location was safe and peaceful, yet conveniently close to local amenities. Our host, Nina, exceeded all expectations - always available, friendly, and helpful. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The small home was quaint, super clean and quiet. Fully stocked kitchen is an understatement, Serving/mixing bowls, utensils, pots and pans. We were able to hear the boats blow their horns all day long. The hammock park is such a great touch. No need to bring a hammock theirs are oversized and perfect.

Tiny House - Big Fun

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable tiny house! The location was nice and secluded but still close to everything on the main part of the island. I was worried with all the windows and sunlight that it would affect the indoor temperature but it did not! The AC units worked a charm! Given the opportunity to come back without our kiddos again, this would be the first place I’d look to book!

Good value, and location but....

Good value and location. Things you should know if you rent this unit. Outside grill was not clean and unusable.Firepit requires a propane tankBring K cup coffee, listing just mentioned bring coffee Bedroom tv didn’t get wifi, so we needed to run tv off of our phone wifi Hotspot. We were unable to get logged into the parks wifi.Light switch to the right of the sink turns on and off hotwater heater.Bring a bottle opener if you need one.HVAC Remotes are not simple, we found good instructions on the manufacturer website. The property management app only works on Apple, we couldn't get it to work on Android. The property management voicemail box was full when we called to address some of the above issues, they did call back within 1 hour, and appeared to be aware of the above issues.

Great stay

This property was great and the house was exactly as listed and adorable. The only issue we had was the bedroom ac kept leaking, even after they fixed it and internet went out for a day, so TVs didn’t work. However, the second ac unit was cold enough for the whole house and we weren’t inside long enough to really miss the TV. I liked this location and being a little outside all the hustle and bustle.

Host didn’t ask us to do any cleaning prior to checkout which was also a nice shock! Comfy beds, nice kitchen, washer and dryer, really everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

We came to spend a couple of days for our anniversary. The tiny house is perfect. It is new and clean and homey! We loved it all. The palapas outside is beautiful and we loved sitting out there in the afternoon.
