El hotel es funcional, es muy antiguo como la gran mayoría de hoteles ahí, solo puedo decir que la vista y ubicación es espectacular, vale la pena todo y volvería a hospedarme ahí.

The property was great, quiet, no problem always next to the pool what ever room you're in. The beach view was perfect and walking distance, just a few steps and you're in the water. The staff was very nice and always helpful the house keeping was always there day and night, no problem, and it was a perfect place because no house keeping was talkative like here, very friendly and helpful...this is not the first time Ive been there, this is where I stay when I visit Corpus Christi..

I was honestly a little hesitant to book after reading some of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I didn’t let them change my mind. Our vacation was absolutely perfect from start to finish! Johnny and the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Anytime we had a question or needed anything, they responded quickly and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. The hospitality we received made all the difference, and it’s clear they work hard to ensure their guests enjoy their stay. We had a wonderful time, made great memories, and would definitely stay here again. Don’t let a few bad reviews keep you from giving this place a chance—we’re so happy we did!

The hotel was very, very bad. Very unclean. There are outside tile steps up to office. Many were loose and falling apart. You should not even have this hotel on your list. I have never seen anything like this.

I can not give 0 stars or I would ! Horrible place to stay. Smelled bad in the rooms, beds were stained that we slept on our blankets and pillows and no toiletries in rooms ! There was an attic door in our ceiling that I thought was going to fall open at anytime. Just God awful place for our family with kids. Was not expecting to explain the smell of everyone smoking pot to my kids either!

Did not check in, no one was at the office, I called and they said 20 minutes.. he didn’t show and they did not seem to care either. Hotel had construction debris everywhere. Very disappointing. I don’t think i’ll be coming back.. there’s beautiful sunrises next door.
