“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time. The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,……

“Friendly staff. Comfortable room and good sizing for family of 4. Easy transfer from Disney.”

“由車站步行到酒店大約5分鐘，由於我差不多晚上11時才到達，Reception 已經關閉，我第一次使用門外的自助Check-in機做登記，但流程算是容易及方便。 房間有廚房及碗碟餐具，衛生清潔。廁所比較殘舊，衣櫃的趟門不能順暢地拉趟。客廳跟房間各自都有一部電視機，適合各人同時收看不同電視台。”

“Exceptional. Smooth communication, super responsive. Apartment is spacious and clean. It has everything. Beds are super comfy. 15 minute drive to Disney which is why we stayed here. The restaurant next door is pricey but incredible food, ambience and service. Will definitely be coming back.”

“Mycket fint bemötande på telefon och whattsup.”

“算是房間設備齊全，應有盡有，位置良好。游泳池也不錯。”

“Fidèle a la description. Pratique pour séjour a disney”

“Super Unterkunft. Preis Leistung passt. Lage super. Frühstück gut. Weiterempfehlung, JA”

“Apartment was clean and well presented. I would highly recommend following the check-in process accurately and doing this well in advance of actual check-in, communication wasn't always the easiest which lead to delays but we also did not check in 24 hours in advance, as recommended. A pleasant apartment, handy to the Disney parks”
