"No AC, fan deliberately set to medium and adjustments disabled, mini fridge space in room, but mini fridge missing. Window handle broken off. So we couldn't open the window properly. Only perk was a shuttle to the park. This hotel needs help. Cannot believe it was Disney hotel!"

"Room was clean, and spacious enough with plenty of hangers and a safe. Kettle. No fridge. Toiletries replenished daily. Rooms are getting a bit worn.
