"The room itself was nice. Comfortable bed, nice tv. However...the bathroom was absolutely horrendous. The tub/shower specifically. The tub walls have been painted and the paint was chipped everywhere. The plug to the drain was missing so no taking a bath (not that i would in the condition it was in) the bar soap holder was chipping paint so nowhere to put that. The door to the bathroom was chipping paint. Behind the door near the corner of the tub there was black im assuming mold growing. The lighting in the bathroom was so dark I couldn't do my make-up. "

"This was a quick one night stay. We arrived quite late and the gentleman at the counter was very descriptive as to where to go as well as how to keep the “old school magnetic” key to work. Implying that it couldn’t be anywhere near a cellphone. I totally get it but it didn’t require a 45 second explanation as to why their key cards are inferior. It made me wonder what the room was going to be like. Truthfully, I was very surprised at how nice it was. It had a nice separation between the couch and the bed/bedroom. We had a king bed as opposed to two twins. It was perfect. It was also very reasonably priced. $115 on a Friday night literally booked at 9:30 pm. It’s usually typically very pricey Monday through Thursday because people stay here when they come in for CDW whose corporate headquarters are right next door. Loved the stay. Thanks Indigo! "

"the last room I booked for 2 days, I paid 175.90 for two days. i checked in at 2am after driving for 2 days and haven't showered, Room 340 ( mind you I spend over 2k a month here) when I got to my room it was under construction... shower controls were on the counter, shower rod on bed.. I booked the room for the reason o hadn't shower for two days.."
