“Unfortunately, the conditions did not meet basic standards. Upon arrival, we found that the bed was dirty, had a bad odor, and showed signs of mold. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi inside the room (only outside), and the mobile network coverage was so poor that we could not even contact Expedia, as calls kept dropping constantly. Furthermore, we did not receive a timely response from you regarding these urgent issues. Expedia had to step in to try to resolve the situation, and due to the lack……

“The property was as described. The space was clean and smelled good.. Although the couch was full of stains already which with proper communication was dealt with. To avoid the property charging me for that. The outside of the property needed maintenance; however that was done on the 4th day of my stay. I did have an issue with the bathroom not sure exactly what but I did come back to the room being flooded and I had to use the towels provided to attempt to dry it as there was no mop bucket but……

“This place is amazing! We were glamping right next to the Puerto Rico Botanic Gardens. The tent was clean with an amazing private bathroom and a very nice bathtub! All the tents have a mini refrigerator, dishes and utensils, a microwave and a front porch. We had a great night listening to all the night creatures, like the coqui. There is a very nice pool. The owner was very helpful and nice. It includes a great breakfast with fresh fruit. There is a dog in the property that is super adorable!”
