“Parking is awful in Old San Juan and this hotel does nothing to help. There is no place to unload luggage, except by blocking traffic. There is no help from anyone to help with luggage. The hotel rooms were Ok, but old and the floors were not attractive, in fact the floors were dirty. I only stayed here one night but would never stay here on multiple nights. The location, however, was excellent.”

“Overall, I enjoyed my 9‑day stay at this studio. It’s in a great neighborhood, close to everything, and felt safe and convenient. The space itself was comfortable, but I did run into two issues: the housekeeper only came once during my entire stay, and there was an ant infestation that required constant treating. Despite that, the location and general comfort made it a decent stay.”
