“Avenue Inn is an incredible deal. While the exterior is not impressive, the rooms are clean and well appointed. For the low prices they charge, Avenue offers a great deal. And I particularly love the fact that they don't try to make it up through hidden charges. For example, at the front desk they offer $1 cans of Coke and other beverages as long as you pay cash. “The property is so pretty and is at such a perfect location for food, ale houses, and beer gardens. Even the mobie theater is within walling distance. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only thing that was any issue was the AC in the room didnt feel like it cooled the room at all, but once the drapes were closed to keep the sun oit, it was far more managable.”

“This is one of the best places in Morro Bay! Staff is very friendly & helpful, the room is recently updated beautifully & very clean. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, easy walking to restaurants, the Siren, antique shop, etc. Always my go-to spot!”
