“If there were a Vacation Rental By Corporation (VRBC) this property would more properly be advertised and rented out through them. If, like me, you want a personal interaction with the person or couple that own the property - this is not it. They have applications for the rental, they require copies of the front and back of your DL and credit card. They require the address of record for the CC match the address on the DL: I had recently moved so I had to get a new DL before I could rent from……

“First trying to check into garage was horrendous. The app on the phone never once worked. The apartment was nice, but there was hair and mold in the showers. We did not use them because of this. The listing states it was a twelve minute walk to the amphitheater, it was actually a 15 minute DRIVE! It would have taken an hour to walk.”

“Great apartment in a very nice complex! Comfortable beds with nice common room furnishings. Our only complaint was the keyless app used for all of the locks. It was cumbersome and very annoying.”

“Very clean unit, comfortable beds, AC working fine, well equipped kitchen. Good shower water pressure. Only downside is that wall are thin so we could hear neighbors conversations and walking upstairs. Overall very recommendable”
