“To start, the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. They answered all inquires to the best of their ability. The resort was clean. However, The rooms were just okay. I’m unsure if it was an issue in all rooms, but our AC was not working. We called for assistance our first day and someone came to “fix it” he had said “it wasn’t in the right settings” all for it to be still not work. The bathtub was peeling and looked very old. However, the housekeeping was nice staff.”

“The ability to walk into town and you’re located in a shopping mall along with casino. Walking distance from the beach. This is not a huge beach but good enough to relax. Museum is also in walking distance if you like a quick family outing.”

“Omg my friends and i had the best time here! The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful, the room although from the outside wasn’t wat we thought but once we got inside it was gorgeous! It’s by a lot of things like shops, beaches and restaurants. The staff was my most favorite! I hate that we had to leave seriously! From the driver who picked us up from the airport to key Shawn and his twin brother who greeted us everyday. I’m so sad our trip is over. This was by far the best place i ever……

“Sandals is a beautiful resort and we enjoyed our stay. Food and drinks were good for the most part. Cons for me were the bed was hard, and pillows were overly worn. Two pillows didn't even feel like one. The other thing is they lacked entertainment and being that the resort is really far out from the rest. You can easily get bored. The 3rd party tours be careful they don't like to pick up at the resort which forces you to pay with resort which is more expensive. Overall we had a nice relaxed……
