The best of all was the beach, which was not the classic crowded sand beach from the postcards, but a place with an easy access to deep, clean and protected water. “Such a fantastic stay. Room was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a lively street. It can get loud at night (Thursday-Saturday) but adds to the charm of Pietermaai. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and easy to walk to Punda and Otrabanda. Enjoyed having the pool to cool down after long days in the heat.”
