“We had a good overall stay. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around, and the apartment itself was clean and in a quiet area, which made it easy to relax. The check-in process was very smooth, and the host was very responsive and timely with communication, which we really appreciated. There were a couple of downsides; the photos make the apartment look newer than it actually is, in person it felt a bit more outdated than expected. Additionally, the hot water in the en suite……

“La communication avec John a été très facile. La maison est très belle, bien agencé et il ne manque rien. Un arrêt de bus en face de la maison, qui vous permet de laisser la voiture devant la maison (emplacement faisant partie de la maison et donc gratuit). Toutes les visites de la ville peuvent être faites en bus depuis la maison. Les chambres sont très spacieuse, très belles salle de bain. La cuisine est aussi très grande. Sans oublier le calme la nuit. Donc un très bon logement pour profiter……

“Good experience for the price which was super reasonable. Staff at the location were so helpful. Very secure and in a good location also. Plenty of amenities if needed - gym/laundry room/work space etc. ”

“One day before my stay I sent a message to the host about details and my reservation was cancelled. One day! I had booked this months in advance. I did get a full refund but booking at one day in advance left few options and higher prices. The reason was “we got spam and had to cancel your reservation”. I don’t understand and was really upset about the short notice! The host did not respond to my messages after stating the reason for the cancellation.”
