Nice clean place, but one of the rooms was not how it was pictured. Instead of a queen, it had bunk beds. Water pressure was great upstairs but low downstairs in the bathroom. Also, ice maker didn't work. Great location

The room was very nice and clean. There was a lot of parking in the back. It was an easy drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor. There are also lots of restaurants close to the place.

Extremely Disappointing and Not Worth $800 Per Night We booked two ocean-view rooms with balconies: one room with two queen beds for our three daughters, and one room with a king bed for my wife and me. We checked in around 5:00pm despite requesting rooms close to each other, we were placed on opposite sides of the hotel. For a family traveling with three daughters, this was not only inconvenient but also concerning. The woman at reception was very kind and helpful. She mentioned that she had just started working there and shared recommendations from other guests about local attractions we should not miss. Unfortunately, that positive interaction was the highlight of our stay. When we entered our room, we were shocked. This property does not offer anything close to the quality or experience expected from a resort charging approximately $800 per room, per night. The room had a small 43-inch television, poor lighting, a noisy window air-conditioning unit that did not cool the room properly, and no luggage rack or suitable place to open our suitcases. The balcony and window were small, and although the room was advertised as having an ocean view, the view was very limited. The bathroom was extremely small, with almost no counter space for toiletries or toiletry bags. Overall, the room felt much more like a basic inn that might charge around $250 during the peak summer season, not a luxury resort charging more than three times that amount.
