Great location. Property was clean and nicely renovated. Small issue with trying to get in building at check in. Also expedia states coffee and pastries for breakfast is included, but only black coffee without any milk is available in auto coffee maker, with a plate of apples and plums set out and some cookies, so this is a bit misleading on expedia. Otherwise property is lovely with great balconies and convenient location for train station amd pedestrian area.

We had a wonderful stay here! Dario, our host, was incredibly attentive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. What truly sold us, though, were the breathtaking views from the villa—absolutely unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti all’Hotel Panoramic di San Vito Lo Capo ed è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. La posizione è fantastica, con un panorama mozzafiato che si gode da alcune camera e dalle terrazze. La colazione, servita con vista mare, è ricca e di qualità: prodotti freschi, dolci fatti in casa e tanta varietà. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: staff gentile, attento e sempre disponibile. Un soggiorno breve ma davvero perfetto.
