“Wir waren drei Nächte im Hotel Europe Hagenau. Das Zimmer (Suite) mit Bad war sehr sauber und groß. Vor uns lag das Hotel perfekt um Hagenau und Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch die Umgebung vom Hotel war sehr ruhig und es gab genügend Parkplätze. Der SPA Bereich uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Schönes Hotel fürs Wochenende.”

“Sehr schöne Klosteranlage mit angeschlossenem Hotel. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Restaurant ist verfügbar, aber besser vorher Plätze reservieren. Frühstück völlig ausreichend. Insgesamt eine angenehme und sehr ruhige Atmosphäre.”

“Unterkunft war wie „neu“, sehr gutes Bett und Duschbad, … da wir bei 30 Grad Tagestemperatur unterwegs waren, wäre eine Klimaanlage erfreulich gewesen! Zimmer waren aber so gut es ging temperiert. Auch ohne Rezeptions-Besetzung war der Ablauf einwandfrei! Frühstück gut und ausreichend! Angenehme Atmosphäre.”

“Never stayed here before but it deserves the rating. If you're travelling with an electric vehicle like me, there are heaps of slow chargers in the car park. But there is also a fast charger installation just in front on the main road. Breakfast is a buffet, it's not bad. One drawback - it's close to motorway and main road, so it is not quiet.”

“Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. You order what you would like for the included breakfast from a form when you check in and select a breakfast time. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again.”

“Nous avons reserver un sejour de 2 nuits avec un petit dejeuner compris , dans l'ensemble l'hotel est bien mis a part que le premier soir nous avons reserver le repas du soir qui etait un menu complet a 35 € ( hors boissons ) ,potage , plat , fromage , dessert mais franchement pour du bête potage tomate , une morceau de blanc de poulet avec quelques tagliatelles , un petit morceau de bête fromage bleu , et un petit morceau de tarte au fromage en dessert desolée mais celà ne vaut……

“Room was beyond basic - extremely hot, small, with smelly bedding and a tiny bathroom. No kettle, no fridge, no hairdryer, no fan. No one at reception to help with the uncomfortable conditions in the evening. Also, don't pay the €9.50pp for breakfast. The boulangerie next door has a better offer for €5pp.”
