“Unfortunately, my experience at this Red Roof Inn was extremely disappointing. What started as a normal stay quickly became uncomfortable due to an interaction with staff that left me feeling unwelcome and uneasy. I understand that hotels have policies and that staff have a responsibility to enforce them. However, I believe there is a respectful and professional way to handle situations with paying guests, and unfortunately, that was not how my situation felt. Although I was not directly told……

“Great location!”

“The room was very nice. Unfortunately, when I called to let them know, I would only be staying for the second night of my reservation the person I spoke to said that was not a problem and I arrived and was told that my reservation was canceled because it was a third-party reservation and then I did not have a room. They fortunately had one available. Unfortunately, it was the one next to the laundry shoot and it’s 7 AM. They started slamming the door of the laundry shoot repeatedly as they clean……

“wifi can't use”

“Great location for a rustic getaway. Communication was great. I was in Parkersburg to visit my daughter and we had a great time kayaking! Awesome spot! ”

“Staff was excellent. Overall an older hotel that could use an update. Coffee pod from previous guests was still in coffee maker. Beds were comfortable.”

“Room was clean so was the bathroom. Comfortable bed and unique beautiful hotel. It’s old so some areas need touch ups. Front desk staff were ok.”
