“There is no elevator and we had to carry multiple large suitcases up the stairs. My 71-year-old mother-in-law was provided accommodations on the second floor and fell down the stairs, sustaining injuries to her head and knee, and missed our wedding.”
“Not the hotel fault, but the elevators were out. Room had an odd odor and there was something all over the sink in the bathroom felt like salt or sand.”
“Really close to holiday world. Decent priced for the area. Not brand new its older but Not ran down. Definitely will stay again with the family. Only small complaint if you have a low profile car or lowered car use the main entrance or far one of the dead end for the rear entrance or else you will bottom out or rub pretty hard. Nice sized pool outside and inside also. Nice breakfast in the mornings.”
