“Check in was quick and easy with very polite staff. The room was clean, quiet, and quite comfortable. We had a couple of drinks at the bar after dinner and the staff was very pleasant. An overall fantastic experience.”

“Other than water running all over the barhroom floor while taking a shower it was good.”

“My stay was amazing!! Room was very clean and comfortable and the location is in a great spot everything is right there.”

“Hotel was close to our festival at Topeka. The staff was very courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff went far and beyond to accommodate during our stay. Breakfast was very good and always stocked for all guests. The entire hotel was clean and tidy. Check in was fast and friendly.”

“Balcony door was difficult to open. Walls were so thin that you could hear through them and the whole wall shook anytime someone shut a hotel room door. Pool was small, old and very cold. It started at 4 feet so it was impossible to ease into it.”

“all good ”

“Stayed here several times. Clean for the most part. Some rooms appear as if they are in the middle of renovations. But overall good stay every time”

“Rooms were clean as well as the facility. Breakfast could have been a little bit better but it's free.”

“Not on the beach but a very short walk. They offer beach chairs and umbrellas to rent. Love the smaller atmosphere, only 4 floors. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. Conveniently located.”
