Nestled just two blocks north of Barracuda Beach Access in Destin, this stunning six-bedroom home offers both the charm of beachside living and the comfort of modern amenities. Whether you want to stroll to the beach or zip over in your private six-seater golf cart, you're never far from the sand and surf. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open, airy living space that spans two levels. Central air conditioning and free high-speed Wi-Fi ensure your stay is as comfortable as it is convenient. White shiplap walls throughout the home add a coastal touch, while large windows bring in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The heart of the home is the stylish kitchen—ideal for family meals and gatherings. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, a subway tile backsplash, and a peninsula breakfast bar, this kitchen makes preparing meals a joy.

The living room, located on the ground floor, features two comfortable sofas and a TV, providing a cozy spot to relax after a day at the beach. It opens seamlessly to a large farm-style dining table, perfect for family meals or game nights. Just beyond the living area, pass through French doors to the private back terrace, where you'll find a sparkling pool and plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the sunshine.

This home features six generously sized bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and TV. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, including one with direct access to the patio for easy outdoor access. Upstairs, you'll find four additional bedrooms, two of which open to private balconies overlooking the pool—ideal for enjoying the views and fresh air.

Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion features a modern fleet of six passenger golf carts, all 2023 & 2024 models! Lithium Ion batteries with a 25+ mile run time on an overnight charge! It’s as easy as “Yes Please” and We’ll Charge the Card on File and Deliver by 1 PM on Check In Day! Reserve Today and Save!

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Pool Heat: From October 1st-May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $100/Day or $700/Week. The pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Margarita Machine Rental: Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, or any other type of gathering.

Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.

* PETS: Please note, for the safety of the owner with severe allergies, this home is a strict no pet, non-pet friendly home, no exceptions.

* EVENTS: Weddings or Events are NOT Permitted at this Home.

* This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Peak Summer Months.
