“A lot of the staff was extremely rude and less than helpful or accommodating. Restaurants were nothing to talk about and the bartenders were obnoxious and so rude. Guest services was extremely nice. Hardly any entertainment or music at the pool area or nighttime”

“卫生间开关旧了，不太好了”

“we loved everything about the Barcelo, except the casino. Staff was not very good in the casino.”

“Amazing property with great staff and provided all small items that one might need during the stay.”

“There are much Divi options on the island. Resort too spread out. Staff seemed to be easily inconvenienced. Much better option is to stay across the street or at the Divi Phoenix. Worth the price difference.”

“The rooms were ok nothing lavish but clean and the staff were so nice and helpful. The cleaning staff cleaned so well I was pleasantly surprised! The Hilton was deff a great choice to stay at. The amenities didn’t really apply to me because I rented a car and went out around the whole island to explore so I would end my day at the hotel beach. Great chair and towel service and bars.”

“The rooms had full kitchens which made it convenient if you wanted to do some cooking to save on some meals out including a refrigerator for drinks & ice to take beverages to the beach. We also appreciated a washer & dryer so we could dry our towels & bathing suits when needed. The pools were fantastic & the convenience of the 2 restaurants on site when you didn't feel like leaving the property. The walk to the beach was only 4-5 minutes & you could easily get a umbrella & chairs on Eagle beach……

“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“Staying at the divi Dutch the only complaint was that everything u wanted to eat or drink was all located across the street at the divi village. There was nothing actually on the property of the Divi Dutch so that was a bit difficult when u wanted something as simple as a coffee.”

“Clean, nice stuff was amazing!!!”

“Very nice!”
