“Our third stay at this resort and obviously for good reason! The property is gorgeous and beautifully maintained. Multiple pool areas with different depths were perfect for our small grandkids to play in. Shallow enough in one pool for them to splash and walk in and the other was deeper for swimming etc. The beach has super fun snorkeling especially at night,....grap a dive light and go see all kinds of critters on the nearby reef within a short swimming distance. We saw 4 octopus one……

“I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my stay at Roatán Media Luna Resort affiliated by Meliá between 18th and 21st of March 2026, in the room # 108. The bathroom floor in my room was in very poor condition, as evidenced in the photographs previously provided. The deterioration of the flooring not only affected the aesthetics of the room but also raised concerns regarding safety and proper maintenance standards expected from a property affiliated with the Meliá……

“The room was nice and clean. The staff is what broke the place. The food was fair but nothing special. This place had a lot of potential but the people seem to not want to be there a waitress even dropped food on me without an apology.”

“Excellent place for couples or people that want to stay away from the crowds and kids. Never have to worry about beach chair availability. Located right in the middle of west bay 5 minute walk to incredible snorkeling. Food and bar options at Arca are second to none. The upstair luxury rooms are super worth it. Security 24/7 never felt unsafe. Its truly the best adults only resort at west bay.”

“If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay.”

“I like the price of the property. It had everything we need: bottled water, towels, swimming pool, breakfasts, fridge, coffee machine with coffee. It was pretty close to walk to any spot in West Bay. The beach was close too. Beach chairs were available.”

“We rented the room for a weekend getaway for my mom on her bday, she enjoyed every minute of it from the food, pool and everything. Just what she needed some relaxation. They even brought her a slice of cake and sang happy birthday 🙌!! She had a pool view from her room on the first floor she enjoy the fact that she didn’t had to climb the stairs lol. After all everything was wonderful.”

“What an amazing find! So quiet, so luxurious, so roomy. The views are incredible. 5 minutes from West Bay and 7 mins from West End. You won't find better accomodations for less money. The bed was perfect! AC is nice and cold.”
