“From the moment you get to Puerta Azul you feel welcome and on vacation. Its location is outside the main cities of west bay and west end which is great. The rooms are spacious, quiet and well equipped. The dock is amazing and you can snorkel right off of it and swim to the barrier reef. The food is also tops. Everything we ate was delicious! “No bedsheets even after being told they would bring some. I know bugs get in, but this place had them scrambling in every direction when I used the bathroom in the middle of the night. “If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay.”
