“No bedsheets even after being told they would bring some. I know bugs get in, but this place had them scrambling in every direction when I used the bathroom in the middle of the night. A/C was good and the beach just across from the hotel was nice. This place has potential but I’m guessing it’s more suited for locals who would rather pay less than enjoy a better experience. “From the moment you get to Puerta Azul you feel welcome and on vacation. Its location is outside the main cities of west bay and west end which is great.
