“Wonderful place out in the country! A great place to stay!”

“Staff was very kind and the hotel was clean and quiet.”

“This is an average hotel. It's dated, but it was clean and the location was ideal for our visit. Breakfast was good and the size of the room was good for four adults. The gentleman who checked us in and who we interacted with a couple of other times was very kind and helpful. The other two guest services employees were rude. Every time we left our room, when we got back upstairs the keys didn't work. Both of them told me I must have put them against something that deactivated them, except that……

“Arrived at 8 PM on the evening that was going to start my 9 days stay and the office was closed, I called the phone number listed and a guy showed up and told me that my reservation was cancelled. I called Expedia but Expedia could not help. The guy at the hotel had me call the owner (a horribly rude woman) who said that I was a "no-show" because I did not show up before the office closed. But my reservation (with Expedia) did not say anything about showing up before 7 PM. I was desperate, 3.5……

“I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service……
