“It took 45-minutes to find my reservation, even with a confirmation number. My card didn’t work for the elevator the 2nd day. The pool had not been opened ye, because it hadn’t been inspected yet. They charged me an extra $40.00 after we had checked out, even though we didn’t use any “amenities”, not even their soaps. For the amount they charged me, I was not very happy with them. Would not stay their again.”

“The breakfast was good but could have add many more items. Also, the lights they need to fix it so it can be much better. The free parking spots was great. There are restaurants, banks & gas stations were close to the hotel. ”

“I HATE the beds that this chain has chosen to use. WAY too tall! They're ok if you're an Amazon, but very challenging for my 5'4" framework. I'm either going to have to bring a step stool w/ me to stay w/ your chain or switch to another chain. ”

“Ac was fine. I had to switch rooms and wasn't compensated for price or inconvenience. The property did not have a cleaning staff and it was a horrible stay”

“Clean room. Polite staff. Air conditioning work well. Only issues was the toilet being very low to the ground. Felt like a child level toilet. Everything else was excellent.”

They sent maintenance in and it was still a hit or miss I had traveled all night and once I checked in, I was unable to take a warm shower I had to wait an hour, and the water was still cold I also had an issue with a strange man coming and knocking on my door at about 4 -5 o’clock in the morning. He said he needed to get something out of the room. Once looking out the peep hole and I did not notice him. I told him I was not opening the door to give him……

“We reserved a room with 2 queen sized beds. This was a trip for a volleyball tournament for my husband and teenage daughter. Th hotel changed our room without notification to a room with a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa. My husband ended up on the sleeper sofa. Don't stay here if you care about your sleeping accommodations because they do not. When he asked for the room that was booked, they couldn't help.”

“Bath tub looked dirty. You can tell they don't move furniture to vacuum. They had the front doors open to "air it out".”
