“The hotel is tired and in dire need of a refresh. The bathroom in the room especially is in desperate need of an upgrade. On a positive note, the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast buffet. ”

“Everything was very good. the staff were attentive and catered for your every need. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and of course there is the casino. There is also a nice pool with a bar and a food oulet. The only gripe I did have was that the hot water was seldem more than tepid. I reported this on occassions but to no avail. A short walk away is a shopping mall with more eateries and shopping.”

“Rooms don’t look like photos, shower flooded the whole bathroom, we informed the front desk and nothing was done about it, the tv had no remote so could not use it, there were people drinking in the parking lot outside our room all night ”
