My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The customer service exceeded all expectations every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring I felt welcome and well cared for throughout my visit. “The room disappointed me, i expected a lot better for the rating of this hotel. It was very dated, carpet that smells wet, bathroom is clean but looks very dated. Definitely not the best considering i am here for a special birthday weekend. Not a good start. Hopefully the rest of the stay gets better. ”
