“Where do I start. I've spoken and complained to staff. I want a refund. If someone had said I'd get my money back to book somewhere else i would have. Arrived to a boiler not working. Eventually after several calls the maintenance man arrived. We had to show him how to fix it. Even he admitted the place smelt of drains and the fridge smelt so badly even he agreed it was eye watering. There are no lampshades in any room. The maintenance man said they'd be stolen. Not true I checked the estate……

“We were very excited to stay in this little two bedroom apartment. It was absolutely perfect very clean. Everything we needed the perfect walking distance from everything. Easily accessible. Ended up booking an extra night super easy and our host was amazing.”
