“Let's start with the fact that their front door is kept locked 24/7'... . Bad area to say the least. Pretty lobby but Poorly maintained property. Grass high. I had one towel, one washcloth and a hand towel for a 4 person room and no kleenex. They proudly advertised their heated pool and hot tub and breakfast but the pool and hot tub were empty and has been for awhile by looks. No breakfast at all, no coffee, not even bottled water available. The sundry was completely empty and no vend……

“Upon arrival, I inspected the room and ultimately decided not to stay. The floor had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness and condition of the property did not meet reasonable expectations. As I was traveling with my 5-year-old, I did not feel comfortable remaining on the premises and chose to secure accommodations elsewhere. Based on my experience, the property appears to be in need of significant cleaning and maintenance/renovation. I travel frequently and, unfortunately,……

“The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. Then there was the bedding. The bedding had stains on sheets and bedspreads and blankets. The towels did not smell good and there was hair on the new towels - Not my hair or any of……
