“The staff was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. Maria at the front desk was on point. She was so professional and friendly. Same to be said for Karen at the concierge desk. The breakfast was delicious. I had the opportunity to try exotic fruit. It was so delicious. The roof top restaurant had fabulous views of the city. “Casa Quero is a top notch facility. Its in the Old City and close to everything you will want in the Old City. Its a 10 min Uber or Cab ride from the beaches. My only criticism is the visitor policy. Most bookings do not charge extra for 2 people. Hence, the charge for 1 person is typically same for 2. NOT here. If you book for 1 person as a package deal, and your 2nd person meets you at the hotel, they will not allow your guest to enter on your reservation. They will charge you an……
