29M, traveling with 25F. Great experience and lovely resort. Out of the 5 resorts we’ve been to Mexico, this had the best food overall!!! The resort is large enough to feel like you have your own space even if it’s sold out. Our room had a hot tub in it that overlooked the balcony and ocean—amazing! ...

Everything was great!! Pools and beaches were clean. Staff was amazing. No complaints. They were timely and organized. Paid great attention to detail. Great food!! However, I do think they could sanitize the rooms a little better. The phone had a weird smell, hot tub in the room seemed like it needed ...
